The SESAM EC is taking the initiative to compose a shared calendar that provides an overview of meetings in the field of medical simulation.
18-06-2009 New Meeting Rules and Site Selection Procedure
At the General Assembly of the 15th Annual Meeting of SESAM, a number of planned changes in SESAM's site selection procedure and the rules for organising the annual meetings were presented to the attending members. The changes in SESAM's administrative procedures have the aim to reduce the overall administrative burden, strengthen the SESAM meeting and help SESAM grow.
A draft document describing these new rules is now available online, and all SESAM members are invited to provide feedback to admin(at)sesam-web.org.

03-07-2008 SESAM Supported Working Meetings
In 2008, for the first time, SESAM supports the organisation of working meetings with publicity, financial support of up to 2000 EUR per meeting, and more. By supporting those working meetings SESAM wishes to facilitate collaborations, exchange and dissemination of knowledge between SESAM members and beyond.

Potential members now have a quick and easy way to apply for membership. SESAM now offers a web page based membership application and credit card payment system. The application process is outlined here: New members and Renewals

PLEASE NOTE YOUR MEMBERSHIP LOGIN WILL BE PRIMARY ACTIVATED AFTER SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION VIA OUR WEB PAGE.
This payment system is available for all our members:
- Regular SESAM members will receive email confirmation after the web based payment and transfer of membership data.
- Special SESAM members will receive email confirmation after the web based payment, and transfer of membership data. This email will contain a login code for the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) webpage. After login, your membership will be automatically renewed for SESAM and SSH and include your subscription to Simulation in Healthcare.
- Please note that "corporate SESAM membership" has been changed to "industrial SESAM membership" and will be only available for industry in the future.
