SESAM members get access to a unique platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences and the coordination of European multi-centre research. In order to facilitate the communication between its members, SESAM offers a number of services:

- The calendar of events will keep you updated on conferences in the field of medical simulation and patient safety
- In the members-only area, members can viewthe latest newsletters and information restricted to members of SESAM
- Members can have their centre represented at the website
- Pending the approval of SESAM's Executive Committee, members can share information via the website which is of interest for other SESAM members.
- The SESAM Newsletter sums up the latest developments in the field. You can find the latest Newsletter when you login to the members-only area.
- SESAM members can send and receive E-mails from the E-mailing list - a forum for the exchange of ideas and knowledge between SESAM members
- SESAM supports the organisation of working meetings
- SESAM members can attend the working meeting at a special rate
- SESAM ANNUAL MEETINGS - a growing forum for the presentation of the current status and future developments in simulation
- Members benefit from a reduction of 75 Euro of the registration fee for the annual meeting
- SESAM members, who sign up for the Special Membership, are automatically affiliated members to the Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH). This includes all privileges of regular SSH membership, among other things a subscription to the journal Simulation in Healthcare
